Distance Learning

Distance Learning

Distance Learning means that students will learn at home with access to educational materials and daily interaction with their teacher(s). Distance Learning can be accessed online through a computer or tablet device. Distance Learning without technology will only be available to families who have requested modifications.

The state of Minnesota has directed school districts to use March 16-27 to plan for Distance Learning. The earliest that Distance Learning will begin is Monday, March 30.

On Tuesday, March 24 and Wednesday, March 25 some of our teachers will post activities in Seesaw (K-5) or Schoology (6-12) to practice teaching students online. It is not mandatory for students to participate, but we encourage them to log in to Seesaw to check for posts from their teacher.

In the meantime, please become familiar with our distance learning plans and learn how to help your student access devices and internet at home below
